Selecting an Animation Clip

After selecting the target GameObject in the APX window, a list of all animation clips associated with that model will be displayed. This step allows you to browse and choose the animation you want to preview or work on.


How to Select an Animation Clip

  • In the APX interface, locate the section titled Animation Clips (or similar).

  • This section contains a list of all available clips for the selected GameObject.

  • You can scroll through the list to find the desired clip or use the search box at the top to quickly locate an animation by name.

  • Clicking on an animation clip’s name will load it instantly into the preview window, enabling immediate playback and control.


Additional Features When Selecting a Clip

  • Clip Information: Selecting a clip displays detailed info such as the name, duration, frame count, and other useful data.

  • Clip Filtering: Use the search function to filter clips by name or partial name, simplifying navigation especially in projects with many animations.

  • Refresh Clips: If you add or remove animations on the fly, click the Refresh Clips button to update the list immediately.


Important Notes

If you add or remove animation clips while working, don’t forget to click the Refresh Clips button to update the list immediately.

Some models may have dozens or even hundreds of clips; using the search feature is highly recommended for easier navigation.
